Stop shopping at Lowes, Home Depot and even Menards for appliances. These guys are the best! I’ve bought a range, dishwasher, and most recently a refrigerator from them. My refrigerator suddenly went out on me. They lent my family the small white refrigerator while I waited on my silver one to come in. Menard’s people are nice, but they ain't doing that! I worked with Adam and he’s stellar, but Doug is the man! Thanks guys I will exclusively buy all my appliances from ya’ll!

My first time buying from Murphys. I should have been coming here years ago. My grandmother always dealt with Murphys. Beth was awesome. She greeted me at the door and asked what I was looking for. I told her a dishwasher..she asked what I wanted it do. I told her I wanted it to clean run quiet and have heated dry. She guided me to the GE dishwasher. It was installed by the nicest guy. I cannot recall his name. I thought the dishwasher had a special function and it didn't. So the guy must have told her. Beth called to give me a credit back or have the function installed. We chose to have it installed. Thanks Beth and Murphys Appliance. I will see you verysoon on purchasing a new refrigerator. This is how businesses should be. What an awesome first experience. No more shopping at lowes for appliances.

Bought our new refrigerator there after shopping every store in town. I did the same thing 31 years ago looking for a stove that I still have and love. Maybe lesson learned. I just had a double oven custom installed. We went from a single to a double wall (cabinet) mounted. It looks perfect. They even made a custom drawer to fill the empty cabinet space below. The ordering to installing process was seamless. There is definitely a benefit to shopping local and smaller.
